The unit itself is built very Durable although I wouldn’t recommend just throwing the device around any where with that said there is a lot of speculation about this unit floating around the atmosphere but it all comes down to making the choice you’re self and seeing for yourself my unit arrived in 2 days well packaged when tested in complete Darkness indoors with ir the unit performed remarkable well when tested outdoors it was a particularly Lit area and I have to say it was amazing to see how clean and clear the resolution was

This is a pretty decent night vision device for the price. I got mine on another site for an extremely low price and couldn't miss the opportunity to try it out. It struggles in very low light environments, but with a half moon and light canopy you will be able to navigate well. The downsides are the automatic gain, which makes it quite sparkly at times, and the massive size. It's not that big of a deal, but its worth mentioning. The controls are easy to use, the battery life is good, and the illuminator does it's job.
A lot of reviews talk about the difficulty in mounting this to a helmet. THIS IS TRUE. you will be miserable trying to use a standard j-arm and rhino mount. the j-dapt plate doesnt work great either.
here is the fix. go to that famous online auction site. type in "j-arm adapter for flir breach" and select the item with the semi N shaped arm. its made of Aluminum, easy to adjust, and stable. IT WORKS. the 3d printed Wolf-14 arm works too, but not with eye-pro.

I bought this NVG because the price was great and seemed top have great reviews. Then I went to buy a mount, and that is where everything fell apart. The mount I bought from AGM, that AGM told me would fit, did not fit and will not work. Then I came to Optics Planet to look for a mount. A weapons mount is pretty reasonable coming in at $99. After that the sticker shock will follow.
AGM Global Vision Cap Goggle Kit $257 (rounded up)
AGM Global Vision WOLF14 W-MP for MICH/PASGT Helmet Mounts $330.
If you are buying this product because its cheaper than ATN, be fully aware they will get you on the products needed to use this device.
I have a ATN PVS7, their accessories are much more affordable and came with a head mount for about the same price.
To compare, the Armasight $109 and AGM $345 helmet mount looks identical, but are not compatible with each other.
The product is great and works as expected. I do recommend this product, just know the mounts are not cheap.

Only had device for a few weeks, mounted to my ballistics helmet, using custom manufactured hard ware, monocular is a little longer than other devices but manageable.. any questions or comments I'll try to answer the best I can!! Shoot straight shoot safe
Pros:
- See very well in the dark, even without moonlight conditions
Cons:
- Length, weight, mountable hardware...

I was supposed to get a GT14, which was discontinued, so customer service recommended this. I only bought this after customer service told me it would come with a helmet mount and cap goggle kit, which turned out to be a lie.
It's still a good night vision scope, but there are no mounts available. And the only one close to comatability costs over $250.

These NVG's were thoroughly tested since delivery. From my back yard, to fields nearby. I can see IR clear as daylight, I can see Night Vision mode in my main sight, EOTech HHS I. Great value at a great price without breaking the bank. The experience brings me back to my time in Afghanistan, 2007. Add this item to your list of must have.
Best Used for:
- Range, hunting, outdoor sports.

I would absolutely recommend this item to anyone looking for quality nvg systems though a little misleading about what is expected to be received and in pictures as well as Q and A's posted the system does not come with the necessary hardware to mount to helmet or weapon i brought this to the attention to the optics planet customer service division and they absolutely made it right even though I had already placed a second order for the hardware they really took care of me. Even talked with me a while about the products and my concerns I would DEFINITELY recommend this company and the products they carry I received my order in relatively a timely fashion and also received the test sheet used when the product was built and tested im absolutely pleased.
Pros:
- Product is functional and good weight
Cons:
- Product could be a little more clear about what comes with the order and old or out dated Q and A's could either be updated or removed to alleviate confusion
Best Used for:
- Hunting or work specific functions

Good product for entry level NVG. White phosphorus was cool and range of vision was good out to 100 yards or so. Attached IR illumination helped and a more powerful external IR Illuminator is helpful at distance.
