A decent muzzle brake, even if you're not going featureless
I've tried both the standard A2 and this "featureless" version from Aim Sports on my PTR-91(7.62x51, or .308) and PTR-32 (7.62x39). This provides a decent amount of recoil reduction and, unless you're going with the PWS FSC30 or the Type 89 JCOMP, is the best choice for an inexpensive and effective compensator. The tight opening on the front and lack of slots on the bottom direct the blast in an upward direction, giving the traditionally useless A2 a solid bit of downward thrust, minimizing climb and traverse (as long as you use the crush washer to get it perfectly level). CA featureless
This aim sports a2 style muzzle brake fits the bill for going with a CA featureless 30 caliber build. I used it on a ballistic advantage 308 barrel. The coating on the muzzle brake has a sheen to it and it matches the included crush washer (which is a plus!)

5/8 x 24 Thread Pattern
This review is for the AIM Sports Inc .30 CAL A2 style muzzle break. It does not fit my YHM 7.62 X 39 barrel. It would have been perfect if the thread pattern is what was advertised. Would have been a perfect in expensive way to get a featureless AR upper.
