I received this scope (4.5-27x50) 8/24/2018. I have not mounted it on a rifle yet. I don't know if it can hold zero, if it can hold up to recoil, nor do I know if there are any recoil restrictions. Below is information I received from Aim Sports which led to my purchase:
".......We defined “HD glass” as low dispersion, high quality glass that has been multi-coated to provide top performance in image clarity and contrast. The Alpha 6 scopes are semi-apochromatic, as they use Extra-low Dispersion glass objective lenses to correct for chromatic aberration. The light transmission level is around ...

I caught mine on sale for close to $200. That’s an incredible bargain!! I’ve mounted this scope on a couple of air rifles and it’s on the money from the bench and offhand. The glass is clear and bright. The turrets are decent and don’t have a lot of slack/slop in them. If I were to be nit-picky I could point out that sometimes you have to turn the elevation and windage turrets slightly beyond where you find your target in order to be able to push them back down into a locking position. The good thing is that it will seldom affect your adjustments. I really like this reticle style. The illumination is a BIG plus because the reticle hashes and markings are a little thin for my liking and can get lost against a dark target especially in shaded areas or woods. The reticle illuminates in red and green. I also like that the battery compartment for the reticle isn’t close to the ocular lens making this scope easy to pair with a greater variety of scope camera accessories. The Alpha 6 is built solid and tracks well. I’ve had it for about 3 months and it has held zero without issue. The parallax turret is smooth and accurate. I’ve taken game as close as 10 yards with no problem. I recommend this scope for airgunners, beginners, hunters on a budget, or maybe even as a back-up scope for bench shooters. Aim Sports Inc. also makes an Alpha 6 in 2.5-15x50mm. Five stars for features, build, and overall quality at an almost entry level price point.
Pros:
Bright and clear glass. Good turrets for the price point. Solid construction. Illuminated reticle. Great scope for the price point.
Cons:
Made in China. On the heavy side. Reticle is a little thin and maybe tough on older eyes.

First of all - No where in the instructions does it say it's a 1" tube. In fact anyone who says they have several scopes and can't tell a 30mm tube vs a 1" tube really doesn't know scopes. Having said that it was the price point that got my attention. For my purpose I'll be using this on my farm for varmint hunting and plinking targets 200-400 yards.
The glass is decent. Clear for daytime use. The parallax side focus adjustment is great. Really gets the target nice and crisp.
The Turrets are impressive. Pop up to turn, Push down to lock. Clean audible clicks all the way around.
Weight of scope is average - (26oz)
Pros:
Illuminated reticle
Turret Feel
turret locks
30mm tube diameter
Decent glass on an inexpensive scope
audible turrets
nice rubber lens caps
Cons:
None
Best Used for:
Plinking & target shooting
varmint and long distance target shooting

Very clear and a excellent retical. I tested tracking and seams to be average or better for a scope at this price point. Tested retical at 10 power for accuracy and was adiquit. I purchased this for a budget 6.5 ar Grendel build and I would have to say this was the perfect choice for this build. Very pleased
