Next day got a reply I need to open a case with a totally different form. I completed. Couple days later got a reply they would investigate. What's to investigate? A week later I get an email saying my model is no longer made and bla bla bla and probably cannot repair it. So I can pick any other model and they would give me a 40% off retail price. What? What about this "Lifetime Warranty"? So I filed a complaint on what good is a lifetime war...
