Amend2 Grendel Poly Mags
I saw the negative reviews, “some mags worked”, some mags were fine. Both of the mags I bought have functioned flawlessly in all three of my Grendel AR’s and 6mm ARC. “They only hold ten rounds”, doesn’t bother me, I use them for hunting (Deer, Varmints - pigs mostly), I don’t need 24 rounds for any...

Needs modification
I purchased these mags for a new build and like others stated was getting failure to feed. As I looked at this mag vs other 6.5 grendel mags I realized the front wall of the mag was too high with respect to the follower causing the nose of the bullet to get stuck inside the mag wall. I took a drem...

Single stack
Just trying different magazine's out for my 6mm ARC. I don't recommend this one. Its a single stack so loading it is like a pistol mag. You cant just push the round down into it. You have to slide it in and burn your thumb out.

Quieter... but, a little bit harder to load 6 ARC
Has to be loaded like a pistol mag. Pish down then slide in another inch deeper. Feeds well with everything from 65gr up to 105gr. Feels well made and like it's made of thicker polymer. It is single stacking but is the same size as a dual / double stacking. I'd buy again. Wish someone would make a see thru clear or smoke... even a windowed mag would be excellent. Overall its an 8.79 out of 10.0 rating
Pros:
- Nicely built
- Quieter and smoother operation
- Robust and built to last
Cons:
- Tight fitting to insert into magwell
- Harder to load. Read my review
Best Used for:
- Hunting or zeroing

Work Flawlessly!
I have four of these. I use them with both 6.5 Grendel, and 22ARC. All four mags consistently, and reliably load, hold, and feed both chamberings perfectly.
The above average size for a 10 rounder is helpful regarding magazine changes. I do a lot of bench rest, and bipod shooting, and these mags are small enough to still fit under both a rest, as well as a 6-13" bipod fully extended. I have not tried them with the bipod any lower, because that is just how I happen to shoot the guns that these mage are for.
I see several negative reviews, and I can say truthfully that I have had zero bad experience with these.
Another thing- the material takes spray paint well. I painted one, the one mainly used for the 22ARC, and it took three coats for complete coverage, and the paint is still there after almost a year.
These mags are great! Amend2 is the best brand I have tried, and I have tried lots of them.

22 arc mag
Loved the idea of a polymer mag. For a ten round mag this thing is huge, double the size of a normal 10 round mag. Hard to load and pretty worthless. Wish I would have just bought another normal ten round mag.

Looks good but
Well sorry to say,
It took several months to finally receive order, and then is was not working properly with lower receiver. Hard time to get it to lock in place and harder to drop out when pressing the mag release button.Loading mag with ammo was also awkward as well.
Returned for refund
