Ideal for mounting an ACOG while retaining BUIS.
I ordered this in conjunction with a KRAM 7.0 riser for a 3-gun focused AR15. ADM has a firm and easy to use QD system, ands the riser allows the ACOG to be mounted far enough back to retain proper eye relief. Clears the Scalarworks folding irons on the back of the rifle, mount is short enough to allow a canted red dot in front, but some irons that are longer or some handguards with short rails may find this mount does not allow any more accessories on the top.

awesome qd mount
this mount is soooooooooooo much better than the factory thumb-screw mount. The factory mount is a solid mount, but really pain in the butt to remove and put back on. This qd mount is easy to install and sits tightly on the pic rail.
