I bought several sets of Ameriglo Spartan Tactical Operator sights in three dot configuration from Optics Planet over time. I purchased these I-dot sights to: a) try something different for my new Gen5 26; and b) save a little money versus the Spartans. I like this system much better than traditional three dots for night sights usage on a quick target acquisition basis. Also, the bottom dot is mostly invisible for daytime shooting, as the rear sight appears blacked out, much like the Hackathorn sights. Great sights

Ordered upgraded sights for my Glock. Wanted rapid sight picture and clear front sight. Trump won. I purchased the I dots. Very good quality. Ameriglo is owned by trijicon so you know they are durable.

Best night sight set available

These are the only night sights I use. Bright color on the front for quick acquisition of the front sight during day time with no unneeded clutter in the rear. At night the 2 dots are easy to find and quick to align.

Far better than stock for my G45

Just installed these in my G45 9mm with the orange front dot. Good glow from the tritium vials in low light, and bright contrast from the orange in day - so much better than stock. Two caveats for installation: have the right tool for the rear sight and use a set of calipers for measuring depth. The front sight is just a fraction a millimeter smaller than stock in the front sight hole of the slide which can make you install it crooked if not careful- using digital calipers and some patience I got them dead-square on the slide and tightened it down with some threadocker. For the rear sight I used a dedicated Glock rear sight pusher tool and used the calipers to get it where I needed it. I do not recommend using anything else since these go into the rear dovetail faily snug - though I had no issues or damage once in.

  • Needs rear sight tool for damage-free installation

AmeriGlo GL5201 - great dot on dot sights

Recently got a new Glock 19 Gen5 MOS. Sight installation was easy with proper tools. Front sight is highly visible during the day and especially in well lit area. In dimly lit or dark situations, the two glowing dots are easy to find and line up. Dot on Dot tritium sights will be my go to sights. I plan to buy another set for my new Taurus G3C, which has glock dovetail sight mount in rear, and screw type for front.

  • High visibility
  • great day or night

  • any situation

Great sights Great Price

These sights are excellent. The orange front sight allows me to pick up my front sight in daylight conditions much better than the white dot.
Easy to install. Excellent night sights also. Great price. I have been installing these sights on all my Glocks. Wish they were made for the other firearms I own.

I Have installed Ameriglo’s on all my pistols and find them well made. The I- Dot system provides easy acquisition. service and delivery from Optics Planet is top rate. These sights work great in any lighting conditions. This is my first stop for all of my shooting needs.
