Undoubtedly the most powerful IR Illuminator I've ever used. And I have a dbal, kiji, 3eir, etc... so I'm no rookie out here using digital NV. I'm here to tell ya, THIS THING THROWS A PUNCH. The only thing that may come close is a dbal D2 as far as illumination goes. It's kinda big but pretty light. I'm not a fan of the switch glowing red but I cut the thumb off of a black latex glove... and boom problem solved. Long story short, for the money, you can't go wrong with this light.

Haven’t found the limit on this thing yet. 200 yards easy, and I suspect it will go 400 or more. Just haven’t had time to play with it that much. Vast improvement over the stock ATN illuminator.

Great experience with this torch. I’ve got an old Marine Core issued PVS-27 NV clip on (re-collimated) that I paired with the armasight torch. It comes with an included 30mm ring that attaches to a picatinny rail. It was dang close to being dead nuts aligned. I called in a few coyotes and one bobcat the first time out with it.

It is very, very bright. I love the adjustability of the beam, you can use it as a flood to a very concentrated beam. I personally liked the beam at approximately 300m, but adjusted it several times. I used it for a couple hours and the battery was great. I haven’t exhausted the battery yet.
I like that it uses an 18650 battery, as I’ve got three other thermal units that also utilize the same battery, so already have extras.
There are units that throw more light, but not at this compact size, at least that I’m aware of. However, too much light “washes out” so it’s a balance. I’ve got it mounted under the barrel and it stays out of the way while maneuvering from my Fatboy tripod.
I can tell the infrared paired with NV is better to shoot or at least to identify critters vs thermals, though it will be nice to have both. In my experience, thermal is easier to spot critters initially at least with my current setup.
This unit is great and all I need to help spot critters within several hundred yards or more at night. I’m well pleased.
I haven’t used the included remote pressure switch, but will eventually.

Received a faulty light at first contacted armalight to make sure light was faulty had the option to either have armalight warranty the unit or exchange. Optics planet quickly exchanged the unit hassle free. After receiving the second unit arrived and put it on my rifle with a NV scope. Light illuminates out to 600+ yards. Father than what I can shoot comfortably subsonic.

This IR light is perfect for anyone. Its range is incredible. I have two of these IR lights and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a solid performance from an IR light.

This is an NV flamethrower. If it seems ineffective when you try it be sure to fully charge the battery.

I was looking for smaller Illuminator to put on my 300 blk for night shooting and this fit the bill. It is a very nice quality built unit that has tremendous range and high quality. You just can't ask for more I defiantly recommend it.

This light has it all, strong aluminum body, light weight, and the size is great for pocket carry, and a great size to mount on a rifle. The light is super bright, and the 18650 battery is the only way to go. I had purchased a sniper hog light some time ago, but I prefer this light over it any day. I would highly recommend this light to anyone needing an IR light.

I ordered this IR light to enhance my predator hunting capabilities and to augment the smaller IR lights Ive been using. This light has exceed my expectations. I have been able to illuminate targets clearly beyond 400 yards on dark and light nights alike with NVGs. The size and weight are minimal for what it is capable of. The beam is very concentric throughout it's variable beam adjustments. The light can be adjusted from a full flood light to view a wide area at less than 50 yards to a tight beam able to be used on certain targets 400 yards and beyond, and any variation within those two points. The battery life has been good through all tested temperature ranges from +80 Degrees F to -5 Degrees F. The kit included the light, rechargeable battery, pressure switch tail cap, standard tail cap, charging cord, instructions and a 30mm picatinny rail mount.

Item was delivered fast and performed as expected....great product. I bought this for my Wraith Nightvision scope. The range is exceptional and the light is very compact compaired to other lights at this price point. Ive had no issues and the battery lasts for hours
