Armaspec Ambi Safety

This is a nice safety. I like how it has the option for 45°or 90° throw. The red anodized look matches the other red accents on my rifle.

Ambi Safety Works as Expected

While I would recommend the Radian Arms ambi to someone who is putting it on a battle rifle or higher end build, this is more than efficient for any other rifle. I have it on a lower end Aero build. It is a stiff safety even at the 45 degree position, but Im sure some would say that is preferred for safety purposes.

The levers are interchangeable from side to side so you can use the shorter of the two for your weak side. In the 50 degree position, the lever on the opposite side does not interfere with your grip. Well made.

Dull finish.

Finish is more matte. When I first installed both levers felt too long. Hit thumb and trigger finger. Switched to 45 degree and it works well. A bit gritty at first. Solid click.

Excellent Ambi Safety burnt bronze not true to color

Bought this for my AR pistol build in burnt bronze. The burnt bronze color I ordered seemed a little too burnt for me and was more of a dark brown color. That is probably the reason why it did not have a picture. The trigger is excellent. It was installed easily in the 45 degree angle and was very crisp. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the color.

Buy a radian its only like 10$ more.

Bought it for my sons 6.5 Grendel and it fits so loose I’m not comfortable letting my son take it hunting. It’s a few thousandths to long and it rattles and moves. Feels cheap and looks to be made cheap. For 10$ more i coulda got a radian. So it’s on me. Never ever rob Peter to pay Paul

Great ambi selector

Impressed with this selector. Has positive click on and off, no mush. Color looks nice, and (as a lefty) I love that the long and short arms can be easily swapped.
