Worth it for a Discounted Price
Install with an FM9 BCG. You’ll need to remove the weight in the BCG. Pretty simple. Overall install is easy. I haven’t fired it yet, so I’m not sure about reduced recoil. However, just charging the weapon, it doesn’t seem any quieter than your standard buff spring. I have a JP that is dang near silent. For the price, I’m happy with my purchase because of the easy install if for anything. Hopefully it gets quieter once I put some freedom seeds down range.

Foxtrot Mike compatible
It does what it says. works great with my foxtrot Mike FM9. It definitely makes a noticeable difference in recoil and the noise reduction is excellent, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to remove some of the punchiness out of your PCC.

Not stout enough
I think the product will work for some setups. It was not stout enough for my PCC 9. It cycles quick and is pretty snappy, but it does not reduce the recoil as much as my H5 buffer and Sprinco Orange buffer spring. It’s not that difficult to install with the retainer pin kept in if you want to try it out and are unsure if it will be better than your current buffer setup. It’s worth a try, it is a neat product.
