First off, I really like this optic and mount. The reticle is great. I like the accuracy of the tip of the center chevron. The 1X is very usable and the glass is decent enough through the entire zoom range. It also has a very smooth zoom as compared to some other scopes that are very difficult to turn.

Now the bad...
I had to send mine in for warranty claim, twice. Once the illumination knob started coming loose and the other time the focus would change drastically when zooming from 1 to 6 power. However, in both cases I received a brand-new optic before I even had the faulty one boxed up to ship back. And... they provided the shipping box and label.

To summarize, the features and price are just fantastic. The QC is lacking but the follow-up customer service is top-knotch.
