Improved over Gen 2
Way better than Gen 2, improved knob controls positive clicks and movement, improved reticle easier to see and optical picture seems to focus better. I have had 3 Gen 2 versions, the last one I tried , I put on a rifle and took it off after 2 shots and sold it for half of what I paid. This Gen 3 is a keeper
