If you prefer the option of FFP then you cant bear this scope at the price point. Reticle very effective as a red dot at close range and not oversized at 6x where it covers to much target. The illumination is not quite full sun bright at 1x, however the reticle design lends itself really good at giving you fast targeting. Search Atibal's videos on there Facebook page and there is a nice little video of someone shooting a shooting tree at 1x and then at 6x.
