Part 2 - on my mini 14 - Atibal XP6 Mirage 1-6x24mm Rifle Scope w/ Rapid View Lever, 30mm Tube, First Focal Plane

Well, I'm finally getting around to finishing this rating...and I have to say that this was the easiest scope mounting and sighting-in I have ever done. I had to use Ruger's SS medium height 30mm rings because of Ruger's proprietary bases. I mounted the scope, bore-sighted it and took it to the range. Using a Lead Sled, I made maybe 10 shots total for final adjustment and proceeded to shoot .75 to 1 inch groups at 25 yards. I first used the scope at 1x and like I said in the earlier review, it appears to be a true 1x...at least its the closest I've ever seen. The glass yields a crystal clear image with great contrast and the first focal plane made for a great reticle image at all power settings. Dialed in at 6x my daughter shot several 10rd mags while maintaining .5 inch groups! Several fellow shooters came over to take a look through the scope and check our targets. The Mini 14 in Stainless w/wood stock made a good looking package with the stainless rings and black scope and was a hit on the firing line. In short, an excellent scope and an unmatched true bargain!
