Ant pvs-14 gen 3 - ATN PVS14-3 1x27mm Night Vision Monocular

I bought the regular gen 3 unit from a different web site (same price), The only reason I did not buy from OP is that on a previous night vision order that I had placed the RM department said it would take 3 days to process the end user agreement that I had to fill out before my order could be processed, I thought that 3 days was a unacceptable time frame for the RM department to clear my order so I canceled my order. HOWEVER optics planet customer service understood my thoughts on the processing time & took steps to keep my further business so I would defiantly recommend purchasing from optics planet. (just ask them lead times on processing the end user agreements)

On to the atn-pvs 14-3, This is a great piece of equipment, Their was 1 small dark spot in the upper left hand corner but it did not effect its capabilities. you can defiantly tell its a quality devise as soon as you pick it up. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that ATN's customer service is sub par to say the least. I called & emailed them to asked a few questions about the iit in their the pvs-14 gen 3 & it took them 3 weeks to reply to my email & every time I called customer service to ask I received a very unsure answer from their customer service team & to this day I didn't get a 100% confident answer from them, overall I am very pleased with my purchase & would give it a five star review on the device itself & 1 star on ATN's customer service.
