I bought the gen 3p & it is great, the 3p comes with a tube spec data sheet provided by itt and the numbers are outstanding, 72 resolution, 30.5 s/n, 2400 luminous. Looking through the ps-28 without a scope doesn't look great, it's made to be used with a magnified optic. I tested it with a trijicon acog and the image was great. My only complaint with the system is that the rail mount was extremely loose & trying to adjust it did not help, I contacted ATN and they are sending a replacement mount. I also purchased the #1 clip on system from optics planet and it's a very good mounting option instead of the rail mount. This is my 3rd high end ATN product & I am staring to like them more & more, my customer service experience with them on my first purchase was horrible but their products are good and the customer service is getting better. I would like to see ATNs warranty on this product higher.

I bought the regular gen 3 unit from a different web site (same price), The only reason I did not buy from OP is that on a previous night vision order that I had placed the RM department said it would take 3 days to process the end user agreement that I had to fill out before my order could be processed, I thought that 3 days was a unacceptable time frame for the RM department to clear my order so I canceled my order. HOWEVER optics planet customer service understood my thoughts on the processing time & took steps to keep my further business so I would defiantly recommend purchasing from optics planet. (just ask them lead times on processing the end user agreements)

On to the atn-pvs 14-3, This is a great piece of equipment, Their was 1 small dark spot in the upper left hand corner but it did not effect its capabilities. you can defiantly tell its a quality devise as soon as you pick it up. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that ATN's customer service is sub par to say the least. I called & emailed them to asked a few questions about the iit in their the pvs-14 gen 3 & it took them 3 weeks to reply to my email & every time I called customer service to ask I received a very unsure answer from their customer service team & to this day I didn't get a 100% confident answer from them, overall I am very pleased with my purchase & would give it a five star review on the device itself & 1 star on ATN's customer service.

Works very well, Clips on fast without the use of tools, It is a must have for the atn ps-28 clip on NVD. Will be ordering the #2 mounting system very soon. Optics planet shipped fast, I will defiantly order from them again.
