I just bought this a few days ago. I'm not technically savvy, so the instructions and set up process took me some time to get ready to use! While doing the initial firmware update, I didn't receive the prompts that the instructions stated thatIwould get. I assumed that was because the firmware was already up to date. I noticed that the e- compass was not moving, so I called customer service. They walked me through the steps to get the compass working and confirmed the firmware was up to date. I've not gained enough experience with all of the functions but I really love the 1 shot zero function and that I now have the ability to record my shots. I took it out last night to experience the night mode. I will say that beyond 50yds or so, I couldn't see clearly. That may just be me not knowing how to extend the yardage at night. Over all I'm excited about this sight and have already recommended it to a friend.

I purchased their scope second-hand from the original owner. It was missing a few odds and ends. Kelly Prince helped me locate the items and offered to send them for free! She was absolutely fantastic, and I will be buying a thermal scope from them in the next few months. They really stand behind their products even though I am not the original owner.

I don't do much night hunting; however, using it in daylight mode is a dream come true. Make sure to update your firmware to the latest it helps a lot. The ballistic calculator is excellent too.

Bought refurbished and works flawlessly out the gate w/ no missing parts. Minor scratches were present, otherwise pristine and fun overall toy but can add significant weight. QD mount option goes a long way in the latter

It is my 5th ATN Xsight 4K Pro. The reason I stick to the company is because it is accurate and affordable not to mention that it has a good customer support. I a problem withone of the unit so I fill-up a repair request online and a week after I called the customer support to do a follow-up, Oliver Vellero answered my call, set up Fedex shipping and make sure that my issue will be resolved. With this kind of customer service, I have a peace of mind that my hard earned money/investment will not put to waste. Thank Oliver! because of you guys ATN just earned a life time loyal customer!

This scope is incredible! Allows for recording shots, ranging targets, adjusting reticle based on ballistics data, infrared night vision. I couldn’t be happier. It has allowed for a more interactive way to hunt and share my hunts! Great product with excellent customer support!

Bought a refurbished unit back in 2021. Thought it was the bees knees until the 2nd time out I lost the screen. It was cold out, but figured it would be able to handle that. Bummer. Used it on a couple more hits that year and it was hit or miss if I'd have a screen image or not. 2nd year I'd start to get a faint screen and it'd flicker constantly. Didn't end up hunting with it for the 3rd year and I was out of warranty by then. Tried it again during the summer and I could barely make anything out. It was so frustrating. Emailed ATN and I was able to get them to accept it if I posted several positive reviews. Fired it up today and its acting up again. Has the latest firmware update, battery is charged, it's warm out today. I can't with a good conscience even sell this POS 2nd hand so I'm going to throw it in the trash. Such a shame because I really had high hopes to use this even just occasionally. I'd spend the money elsewhere.

We have owned this scope for over a year. It was not difficult to set the scope up and dial it in. We had to purchase a better IR light for better visibility instead of the one that came with it. The reason for the 4 star review. With that the scope has been a great addition to the night hunting predator tools.

I have had one for 3 years. They are great at night hunting. Let’s stop right there. Twice over the years, the scope had locked up while hunting. Happened this weekend with a mature 9pt south Texas buck…it locked with 5x and the image was lagging and delaying. The scope was off while locked up and hit high w 2 shots. I am pulling it from the rifle and replacing with something I can depend on.

This scope is the best there is for the price, some of my hunting buddies have other infrared scopes from other companies and they are not the same quality. Yes it has some bugs but a simple reboot fixes it all. Bought the external battery for it that is great if you forget to charge the scope you can still use it. It simply is the best scope I have ever owned in the past 40 years you cannot go wrong with thise one. Sure you can get more for alot more money but at this price nothing else compares.

Awesome scope from a great company. Has both day and night capabilities. Battery life lasts forever. I use it for coyotes and I wouldn’t trade it for any other. Quality is great. Many companies out there but ATN was absolutely amazing to me when I reached out to get some help setting up, they were quick to answer the phone and gave me the best customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob who was always quick to answer my questions and had excellent insight on the scope and its capabilities. Really grateful to have found such a great scope and company with such awesome employees. Highly recommend!
