I really dig this stock. It’s perfect for making a Car-15, or whatever. I know the price seems a little steep for such a simplistic design, but I feel it’s worth it. It’s well suited for other aftermarket products such as a cheek rider if you want to run a carry handle scope, or a US military issue cqb 3 point sling. It’s professional grade equipment, and the US military actually uses some b5 products such as stocks, and forends for a reason. If you have any rattle whatsoever, just cut about a 1/2 inch of electrical tape, and place it on the upper portion of the inside of any collapsing ar stock where it rides on the buffer tube. I had to do that with mine to get a really tight fit, but I’m somewhat of a perfectionist about my dedicated home defense weapons. It comes with a solid fit to begin with honestly. I have a wide variety of collapsing, and fixed buttstocks at home, and still choose to run this on my primary hd rifle.

Lightweight like it was intended to be and designed to be, with a solid lock up.

Great stock, fits securely on buffer tube has a nice retro look. You can spray with plasti dip if you want a shiny appearance
