I’ll be ordering either the Daniel Defense mk12 block or try and find a different Badger Ordnance gas block for my mk12 with AE brake. The block I received is a very shinny black. Looks like a glossy dark melonite. Not at all matte as pictured. It looks very off with the rest of the gun. Which is matte. Knights armament handguard, and AEM5. The fit is perfect on my centurion arms mk12 barrel also ordered from optics planet. I’ll probably swap the block to my mk18 mod 1 and find one with the non glossy finish. Best Gas Block I Own
Purchased for a Mk12 Mod-1 build. This gas block is solid. The set screws are a little larger than others and the screws provided are much easier to torque down. Buy an SLR dimpling jig and this block, use a tiny bit of Rock Set and you will have a solid dependable gas system.

MK12 & URG-I Manifold
Solid build quality! Not a lightweight piece, but they fit nice and tight and seal well. Badger makes amazing parts, regardless of what it is.

Great low-profile gas block
What more could you ask for? Probably one of the best gas blocks currently out there- It’s compact without any unnecessary bulk. Good machining ensuring a precise fit. Great for a MK12 or MK18 clone build.

Perfect for mk12 builds
This is the correct gas block for the mk12 rifle. Overall it was clean and well machined, and came in the correct finish. Matches up perfectly to the aem collar and muzzle brake finish. It’s a little bit pricy than other comparable gas blocks, but if you wanna be clone correct than this is the one to get.
