This was purchased because it was needed for a .625 journal BA pencil barrel. It was packaged adequately. The package contained no additional sticker or gas tube pin, this was not expected. Most Helpful Negative Review Need better set screws
The gas block itself is good, only problem is that it comes with cup point set screws. Luckily, I keep spare knurl point screws in my parts stash. Knurl points grab the steel much better than cup points.

BA .750 Gas Block

Excellent fit and finish, fits tight on barrel with lock tight on hardware, it hasn't moved at all, even with hard use

I have purchased a few of the .750" version of this gas block for various upper builds. They look and work great. It's a reasonably priced gas block but it punches above its price mark for sure. I highly recommend them.

This part is exactly as I expected and needed. It has a nice durable nitride finish, and no logo on the front. Reasonably priced and fit very well. This will be top of my list for any nitride barrel build. Working perfectly

Very good gas block.

The ballistic Advantage 0.625 gas block fit my barrel like a glove. No fitment issues at all. Just basic steel nitride coated. Fits under free float hand guards.
Pros:
  • Simple low cost.

  • Non adjustable.

  • Light weight barrels.

Very Low Profile

This gas block is well machined and finished. It is not the largest, most solid gas block I have ever used, but that is also a strength: it is small enough to fit under very narrow handguards with plenty of clearance. Overall, the Ballistic Advantage gas block is a good value and a very good option.
