I haven’t shot the gun that this barrel went on so I can’t write about its accuracy. The barrel is very nicely machined. Very high quality. Barrel extension was a nice, snug fit in the upper receiver. Cartridges chamber and eject very well. There is no dimple on the barrel under the gas port hole. It worked for me as I was using a 0.936” clamp-on gas block spaced 0.025” from shoulder. I measured the length between the shoulder and the center of the gas port hole and the back of the gas block to center of gas port hole in the gas block and took the difference between the two to get my spacing for the gas block. A large muzzle device would work best on this barrel as it’s 0.936” in diameter. It uses a 1/2-28” thread muzzle device.
I ended up using a 13” handguard as the gas block I had is large and had a picatinny top on it that’s level with the top of the upper receiver. Barrel looks very nice. Stainless steel with a glass bead finish so it’s a dull, non-glare finish.
