First off i must say wow holy smokes this is an amazing scope! I have around 10 high end optics for my rifles and let me say this is an amazing deal for a scope of this caliber! Is is easily on par with any vortex product and if not better than most. I wanted to try this scope for a build i was doing for my youtube channel for a 1000 yard rifle and i was shocked as i mentioned and this will be my new go to over vortex all day! I am on board and love what i see. How can you not like this scope? Lifetime warranty, fully coated lens not just claiming to be it is and the picture at all magnifications are stunning all the way out to 12 power crystal clear and nice tactile clicks on turrets with almost no squish . Great buy!

Got this scope today and immediately mounted it and headed to the back yard. Took only three shots to center it. Many reviews talk to the clarity of the glass for this price point and non of them do it justice. This scope easily compares to my Vortex scopes in the same magnification range. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to get optics on a budget.

Just received the scope and installed in my 300blk. Feels pretty solid and the clarity of the scope seems to be on par with my other hunting scopes that are double the price. I’ll see how it holds up. Fyi, the entire retical illuminates red and at highest setting and during low light, the light is illuminated against the inner walls and can be distracting. Lowest setting worked the best for me.

Really great quality for the price. Picture is clear even at 12x magnification. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good scope at a great price. Can't wait to test it out. This is my first 4-12 scope and I'm very impressed.

I was definitely impressed with the fit and finish of this scope out of the box. Well constructed. The iluminated reticle has great range and can be adjusted for use in darkness to full sun. The adjustment knob has every other click as an off setting. Definitely a nice feature and likely to save some dead batteries. 30mm tube and included flip up scope caps are a plus. Glass offers good light transmission even in low light conditions. There is some edge distortion at the lowest power setting, but was not aparent 5x and above. Overall the glass is good for the price point. Installed on a rimfire rifle which zeroed fine and all adjustments were predictable and repeatable.

The Barra H30 4-12X40 exceeded my expectations! Excellent quality, attention to the details and a price that can not be beat. This scope competes with higher end scopes I've purchased in the past. Future Barra purchases are definitely on my agenda. I expected lesser quality when I saw the purchase price. Needless to say, I was more than surprised. Finally, a blue collar price on quality optics. Crisp, clear glass combined with a parallax that adjusts to close distances and a perfect finish are going to cause me to replace several of my other scopes. I hope Barra can keep up with the demand! I got a feeling they're going to be a hit from now on!

I found the fit and finish of this scope to be very good. No machining marks, everything fits together well and works smoothly. The side focus was a bit stiff at first but it loosened up with use. Zoom is very smooth and 4 to 12 X is a great range for hunting and short-mid range target shooting. I must admit to a bit of ignorance in regards to illuminated reticles and say this may just be the nature of the beast, but there is a bright spot in the lower left edge of the field of view that I find distracting. I don't expect to use the illumination often so it's not a big issue. On the positive side, I like that the brightness settings are alternated with OFF settings so the user can quickly return to the desired brightness without having to go through all the settings. Windage and elevation knobs have a good feel to them; very positive clicks, no grittiness or looseness. They have 15 MOA of adjustment per revolution which makes me have to think a little more than if they were 10 MOA per rev. In an application where one is not regularly making large adjustments to windage or elevation this is not an issue. I measured elevation to have 72 minutes of adjustment, windage 74. I ran through the range of adjustments several times checking against a ruler at 50 yards and they were dead on every time. The glass is very good, image is bright and clear. Overall, this scope exceeds my expectations and it is an excellent value.

I've been shopping around looking for a scope that had as many features as possible for a fair price. I'm not interested in paying extra for a brand name. So glad that this is the one I decided to pull the trigger on. It's exactly what my friends told me it would be. Thanks to my huge Lab - I've already dropped the scope twice and it's fine. With a lifetime warranty - what do I have to lose? The scope performed well at the range when I zeroed it. This is my first scope with capped turrets and I really like them. Looking forward to taking advantage of the illuminated BDC reticle soon.
