Quality optic at a budget price! It ain't no Trijicon ACOG or Aimpoint but its great for the price . I used this for one of my AR15 rifles and it held up fine and held zero. Best sub $100 AR optic out there for sure.
Pros:
- Price and ease of operation

I have had this scope on my Ruger SR 22 AR rifle for many years and I have never had even hint of a problem with this scope with all the hard use and conditions I've been in with it. This includes snow and below zero temps to summer heat and moisture. In that time I have only replaced the battery once in all the years of use. This unit is my main go to for small game and I go through a lot of ammo in a year's time. I would recommend this scope.
Cons:
- Could use some magnification.

very poor quality product, battery contact came off while cleaning it due to corrosion when my battery didn't even leak! waste of money!considering the quality this product won't last. better save for a more expensive and durable brand so there will be no regrets.

This optic is absolutely garbage, plain old garbage.
I have been using this scope for nearly a month and have given it the full benefit of doubt. My results are right on par with the other 1 stars on this site and everywhere else.
Problem 1) After putting several rounds through my AR, the sight malfunctioned (electrically), the reticle kept shutting off or disappearing. Had to mess with the battery and replace the spring. Solved... Somewhat...
Problem 2) Mounting screws would not stay tight. After far too many rounds to zero (many more than a good sight), the mounting screws came loose and the scope was jerking around every time it was fired. Obviously lost zero. Loctite fixes BS like this... Solved... For the most part...
Problem 3) Zeroing seems to be opposite of the instructions, which means up is down and right is left. I have read about this issue online from other people. It also cannot hold zero at all. One week had lapsed between range days and the sight was already missing at just 25 yards.
Final thoughts: unacceptable performance, if you're going to buy a cheap plinking scope, buy an NcStar. They might be trash, but they seem to be reliable trash. Only a fool would trust their life to this POS and God rest whoever does. If you have found yourself at this point in the review, run from this brand hard and fast.

Plain and simple it is a horrible optic. I purchased it for my wife with the 3x magnifier and she could barely see the cross hair with it on. Its been taken to the range twice and both times the cross hair ended up not being visible after 5 or 6 shots. If your back is to the sun forget about seeing the cross hair,it's no where to be found. If we could send it back and get a refund we would. Hands down the worst optic we have ever owned. We won't be buying any barska products again...

I have zeroed this aimpoint on an Anderson Rifles AM-15 M4. I have used it on targets from 25 to 100 yards and found it to be extremely accurate and reliable. Even though it is only 1X magnification it is a very effective and accurate optical sight. Need to try it next at 200 and 300 yards. Excellent general purpose day time sight.

I use this scope on my S&W M&P 15-22 to save money shooting .22 LR instead of shooting my 5.56 ARs. Although availability of center fire is easing, it is still expensive. Great way to get trigger time for small investment. This scope performs exactly as I expected from an illuminated reticle 1 x 30mm instrument. There are 7 levels of red illumination for the "tactical" reticle (cross with a dot in the center). Once sighted in, the scope requires no further adjustment. Adjusting to zero is straightforward and trouble-free. The construction is robust and a plus is the fact that the mount is integral to the scope. Works perfectly on the OEM picatinny rails on my rifle. I do have other higher end scopes costing many times the price of this one. There are differences in features, but this scope holds its own. For my purposes, it is great. Light weight with black matte finish. Looks good and works well- form follows function.
Pros:
- good quality
- good value
- Lighted reticle
- Lightweight and comfortable.
- solid construction
Best Used for:
- Target and varmit shooting
- stable during vigorous practice

Its an ok sight for an ok price. There is not much more good to say then that.
The reticle will triple on you if you have a stig. My reticle looked damaged on the lower part. If you adjust all the way to one side (horizontal or vertical) the reticle will move more to that side then the other, as though the center has changed.
Set zero on my AR, and shot one match with it. Moved to my airsoft after that and was replaced with an EoTech. For the short time on the rifle, zero held.
The optic dose work perfectly for my airsofting. the 1/3 cw works well with a mask on, and plenty range of brightness settings to go from very bright day to pitch dark rooms. Easy to use and inexpensive to I have no care if it gets banged around, used (and it dose get used) or risk of scratching cracking a lens. Spent countless 72 hour weekends playing none stop and the optic is working still. As we speak its back on my AR tell I get my new Aimpoint T1
Should note I only payed about 60 for the sight when it first came out, and some super sale. Would not spend over 100 for it.
Pros: Cost
Cons: Reticle quality, Mount, CW

Lines up nicely with my iron sights. Just the right height for a flattop ar.
