Great Product

I agonized over a telescope to buy for our 8 year old son this past Christmas. I think the agonizing paid off and I found a winner! The Barska Starwatcher Refractor telescope looks good, didn't cost a lot, was easy to assemble and so far has been easy to use and capture some awesome views in the sky. My son loves it and my husband and I have also enjoying viewing. I recommend for first time buyrs especially children.

This item was purchased for my 12 yr old grandson, and has proven to a great gift! He set up the telescope himself and quickly learned to focus it and direct it view desired objects.

Nice telescope

I live in the mountains so it has been great for looking at the surrounding peaks and for wildlife spotting. It has been great for looking at the moon too.

I bought this for my son and he loved it, the only thing is, it didn't have instructions, so it was a little hard to set up....but once he did he was fine.
