Small and Mighty Night Vision Illuminator
Beamshot’s IR Laser Illuminator is exactly that – an Infra-Red Laser that illuminates night vision devices. Each model number references its divergence angle. The smaller the divergence angel the farther out it brightly shines. A picatinny rail mount is supplied with the light with an easy to use thumb screw.
With Digital Night Vision devices, the X15 and the X30 are very similar and I would feel comfortable shooting up to 100, possibly 150 yards. The T30 is an LED IR Illuminator and not as powerful as the X series but excellent for close range. Using these IR Illuminators with Traditional Night Vision devices is where these lights are the most powerful. When viewing through a PVS-14, the X30 was a bright beam out to 200 yards. The X30 was bright and powerful out to 300 yards.
Overall these IR Illuminators are good for hunting with NV riflescopes rifles. They are small and very lightweight. Perfect for hunting since most night hunting is under 100 yards. No one should really be shooting in the dark farther than that anyway. Just bring extra CR123a batteries.
For night reconnaissance with Traditional Night Vision goggles or monocular these are the brightest beams you can get to see out to hundreds of yards. If you already have a night vison illuminator, I’d recommend the X15. Being so small and lightweight just throw it in your gear bag as a backup.

Brightest light in the smallest and lightest package
I used the X-15 IR light with my ATN X-Sight 4k Night Vision scope and it's unbelievable. At 100-150 yards the digital nightvision image looks like a traditional PVS-14 Gen 3 night vision device. What's even more impressive is the size and weight of this unit compared to the ATN Supernova - 50% less easily.
Broken in box
Switch was broken on arrival, the tail switch button does not work. Company has not responded to requests for new button. The beam stays on with battery installed if switch functioned would be a good ir light. Sent multiple contacts for replacement, no answers...
Pros:
- good mount
Cons:
- doesn't work

15 degree IR laser + ATN 3-9x LTV series scopes = perfect combination
ATN should just out these standard, 15 degree IR laser with the LTV series day/night scopes from ATN (4-12x OPMOD version too) pair amazing.
This is small, light, powerful. Makes very crisp night vision images. Way better than the stock heavy 3 kevel brightness IR flashlight thst ATN includes with their NV scopes.
Yes, this made my AR-10 lightweight build, still light and shines with ATN night vision pairing.

Illuminator ir spotlight
I wanted a slightly higher powered light for a gen 1 NVS that has an integrated one on it. The additional IR light in a narrow beam helps to highlight objects better then the integrated one on the scope. It is noticeable out to and beyond 100 meters and very noticeable on reflective surfaces. I would like to see it come with a mount that is bidirectionally manipulable for more precise placement of the beam.
