X-Block Shooting rest.
I got one of these for a shooting buddy of mine, he loved it, now I am getting one for myself.
4 inch thick, very stable, rest height changes with rotation. I think two of these together would make a good base for working on my AR...light weight but solid feel..

I bought the small block and liked it so much that I bought the large one, they are great light weight and easy to transport.

great if you dont have a bipod, and dont want to spend $$$ on a led sled
My old public range had a few of these for anyone to use, not sure if they were the exact same, but pretty much, so i bought this one and it works good for anything wihout a bipod. Has 5 different heights, And if you need it higher you can always put a magazine or anything under it.
