The quality of this holster is unquestionable, however, the design has more to be desired by me. The model I had was for a Sig P239. The holster rode too high in the waistband causing the grip to flop forward and away from the body. Not good for concealed carry. Perhaps this holster model for a longer barreled pistol would ride deeper in the waistband. I returned the holster using Optics Planet outstanding, hassle-free return process. I really wanted this holster to work, but it didn't for me.
Pros:
- top notch quality
- Firearm specific
Cons:
- IWB rides too high
- No OWB option

This holster has exceeded my expectations .Bought for cz p06 hoping for something to hide this fatty because it's getting to hot here in southeast Texas for my 5.11 conceal undershirt. The fit is perfect and it's very comfortable. In my opinion it hides this p06 as well asmy outside waistband holster conceals my S&W 60. Only been using a few das but so far couldn't be happier.

Seems to be really difficult to find a great IWB holster for the Taurus 415. While this holster is well made and certainly holds the pistol securely it just is not very comfortable and the adjustable cant loop really is more of a gimmick than anything else as there is not enough tension on it to hold the pistol at the desired cant, even with belt super snug. To be fair the Taurus 415 is a rather big, bulky pistol and this holster is, right now, the best one I have for IWB carry for my Taurus but it is certainly lacking.
Cons:
- doesnt hold cant position

While this holster is made nicely, it is a bit bulky for an inside thewaistband holster. Not sure why the manufacturer advertises to the outside world on the holster that you are wearing a holster on the clips that attaches to your belt. Making the belt attachment A little more concealed would benefit this holster greatly.

I really, really liked this holster. Perfect fit, working adjustable can't, nice finish. However the working cant put the swivel and therefore, the belt look too low on the holster for a Bersa or similar handgun. Once worn IWB, simply walking forced the tiny portion of the holster that was in my waistband out and up and the holster then flipped out and upside down. This happened at 2,3,4, and 5 o'clock positions. That gun basically sits too high above the belt due to the low positioning of the belt loop. It may work for a heavy barrel firearm but for a light Bersa Thunder 380, the tiny portion of the holster that sits in the waistband can't compensate for the heavy weight of 90% of the gun that doesn't.

I have previously used this holster for a Baretta 92F and Glock 19. It is my preferred IWB concealed holster. PERIOD. I was at first unsure how the 3S would work with a 1911 in the 'Cocked & Locked' position. My fears were baseless. The 1911 fits perfectly and secures in the cocked & locked position with no issues. It also covers the thumb-safety so bumping into things is unlikely to disengage the safety. The flap to secure the 3S to the belt is wide and strong - two solid snaps. Putting on and taking off the holster is a breeze. The 3S has a solid and easily adjust cant that offers wide choices and once set, isn't going to change. The leather is solid and will last a lifetime if cared for. Worth the money.

however it rides a little high and isn't that comfortable. I cut the straps off as it mad drawing fast impossible and I find the only way this is tolerable to carry in in the small of your back. I made a pocket holster that is much more comfortable to carry but prints a little more. I am however currently using the Bianchi but looking for something outside the waistband maybe.I don't know I might even start carrying my 23 again. hahahha If this had more surface inside the waistband it would be much more comfortable.

This product came broken, the adjacent screw was stripped out but I was give a refund without any hassle. I tried on the holster and it rode too high above the waisteband to be comfortable. It always felt like it was going to come out of the waisteband. I will be getting a custom holster from a local leather craftsman for less $$$.

This holster conceals a 1911 standard frame pistol with ease. The holster supports and secures this fairly heavy carry weapon, without the worry of the slightly longer length protruding below the bottom of the outer garment worn for concealment. Fit and finish of the leather is great. Weapon fit is snug at first and takes a while to loosen up so you are able to snap the retention strap with ease. My older 3S holsters all have a regular coat of good quality leather product (Skidmore's) and are about as comfortable as a waistband holster can be.
Works best with a stiff 1.75 inch or 1.50 inch leather belt, or comparable 511 tactical nylon belt

I am pleased overall with the quality of this holster. Bianchi holsters are some of the highest quality holsters. My only complaint is that this holster does not completely function with a Smith and Wesson 4506. My pistol has the square trigger guard, so it will not slide far enough into the holster to snap. I had to stretch the snap strap for it to fasten. It did not take a whole lot of effort, but it had to be done to utilize the fastening feature of the holster. As I stated before I am pleased with the holster overall and I would buy another if I needed another holster.
