Perfect fit
I purchased in hopes to make my Charter Arms "J" frame 38 Special my main concealed carry weapon. This holster needed zero break in time and in regards to quality of workmanship more than met my expectations. My only regret is not having purchased one sooner.

Widow holster sounds right
First of all, slow shipping. When trying to draw the gun from the holster always gets hung up. Not good at all. Cannot get the retention strap to snap. I do not recommend this holster to anyone. This holster will get you killed.

Minimalist and safe
The Black Widow holster is a minimalist design with a thumb break that absolutely secures your pistol. Very unobtrusive and comfortable to wear daily. What's not to like?

Black Widow
I love the black widow holsters, I use one as my EDC Glock 19. Wanted one for my Sig 226 which it clearly states it fits on the package anyway, unfortunately it would not properly fit either of my 226 pistols. No idea what the issue was except possibly Bianchi put the wrong holster in the package?? Returned without problem.

Black Widows don't bite
I've had a Black Widow on one of my pistols
for years and love it. Conforms nicely to my
skinny body and is relatively invisible for
an OWB holster. Getting this second one for
my Kimber stainless 9mm in a 1911 configuration
was an easy decision.

Universal fit for 1911
Weapon fits securely with thumb break. Open barrel design fits any length barrel with hammer down. I ride a bike so I keep chamber empty in case I go down, no need to shoot myself if that happens, Easy to access Magazine release with weapon holstered.

Bianchi Black Widow for Hi Power
Bought this for my Browning Hi Power. Says on the manufacturer carton that it is for “hammer down” carry. I bought with intention of cocked and locked carry, so I returned it. Seemed well made though.

Bianchi Black Widow Holsters
I recently purchased, & received, several of Bianchi's Black Widow holsters that Optics Planet had on sale for concealed carry with my CZ75/EAA standard and Compact pistols, my Springfield P-9, my Browning Hi-Power, my S&W K-Frame and my Kimber Officers model in 9mm after having in the past purchased one for my Taurus 38 2 inch that fit like a glove and carries like a dream. I love the top thumb break and forward cant, ease of extraction for use and the light weight and.....just like the one I've been using for my .38 every single firearm slide right into it's new holster and snapped up perfectly. You can't ask for a better fit right out of the box. Bianchi products shine.

Damned Fine
For those times when you can live with an open muzzle, it doesn't get better. The high ride is a real advantage as it doesn't scare too many old folks. I prefer elk lining but you can't have everything.
