Excellent Product
First time I saw this product online, I must be honest, I was very skeptical.
A friend recommended I MUST have one of these polishing cloths since I own a stainless revolver. My research then turn to youTube, where I saw a couple of videos that show how well this cloth works on carbon marks/ burnt rings on a revolvers' cylinders. I was pretty amazed at what I saw and decided to give it a try.
It once took me HOURS soaking the cylinder of my revolver in solvent and going at it with a brass brush to do a mediocre job at removing those pesky burnt rings. It literally took less than 5 mins ...

For the Sleepers...
If you have not heard of this little cloth, you're sleeping--as I was. If you own a revolver, or any type of firearm that is prone to unsightly burn marks, this is your item. I had been laboring and initially looking to no avail for something that would eliminate those rings from the revolver cylinder, when I stumbled upon these. Very hard to find! With just a tad of elbow grease while cleaning, those rings will start to disappear. Now, as a heads-up: as the grime and grit is removed from your gun, it will end up on this, so might I suggest cleaning using the edges and in small patches--and even/tually flipping the cloth over before you throw it out. Use every bit of space you can get from it. Also, it does tend to shed little fibers; easily blown off and will not harm your action, so long as you are diligent to dust it away. One suggestion would be to use a compressed air canister, for example. Happy hunting!
Pros:
- Gets rid of burn rings from revolver cylinders
Cons:
- Sheds fibers, but can be easily cleaned up
Best Used for:
- Stainless steel firearms with visible burn marks

The BOMB for cleaning
We love these cloths and probably have over 10 packs on hand at all times. I love the smell and gun cleaning isn’t complete without the Birchwood Casey Lead Wipes.
They are very very light in term of polishing so I would not use these on a blued gun.

Did exactly what I needed it to do
Nothing else could remove the burn marks from my revolver cylinder, but this simple cloth did. And it did it with minimal effort. It also doesn't smell anywhere near as bad as most cleaning solvents. Highly Recommended
Pros:
- easy to use
- works EXTREMELY well
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- cleaning burn marks off ss

Birchwood Casey lead remover
Amazing ! I was blown away by how easily it cleaned the mag tube on my Browning auto loader. Shooting trap and sporting clay's chews up a lot of ammo and it can make a mess of your valve and mag tube ,tried this on a whim because i usually use gun scrubber and brass tipped brush to clean it up.Only a couple of swipes and the mag tube looked like brand new!! No kidding even the port hole marks completely gone, give it a try, you can use it over and over. All my best Tony
