I wouldn’t buy it
I’ve had mine for about a year now with a staccato Xl I like the black scorpion stuff but this holster is very bad . The holster doesn’t hold the gun good at all it had failed to hold the gun on several occasions the gun has fallen out once braking a SRO , the holsters magnets just cracked and fell out . The lock is horrible it wiggles and lets the gun slide around a lot in it. I just yesterday had enough and threw it and bought something else no idea why it took me so long to trash it

Does the job
Make sure your gun is in the groove of the holster before letting go of the gun..DO NOT over tight the screws on the magnets, the magnets will break. Its not a double alpha but it will do the job.

Perfect for IPSC
It fits my BUL TAC COMP 5" pistol perfectly and is very comfortable for training and IPSC competitions. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and ease of delivery!

Black scoropion race holster
Very good except for lock. Lock cannot be manipulated by dominant hand without letting go of the gun. Need a bigger more accessible lock without letting go of the gun. Unable to find unlock without digging inside the ball joint area.

well built
It is as described. You can draw instantly. It's amazing how well the latch holds. You will not have to worry about your gun falling off. There is one negative that is disappointing. When I tightened the screws, mounting it to the belt, and adjusting the ball joint to my liking, with Loc-Tite, I noticed that the two screws holding the two magnets were loose. I backed them out, put a dab of Loc-Tite on the first one, tightened it down and...it broke! I wish there would have been a warning sticker on the magnets warning me not to over tighten. Looks like a replacement is $10. That stinks!! Over all it's out standing. It will basically hold any gun with a narrow enough trigger guard. Fits my CZ TSO and Kimber Rapide perfectly.

Very versatile
This holster exceeded my expectations. Every 2011 and 1911 I own fit perfectly without modification. Even my Platypus with full rail and square trigger guard locked right up. Gun is secure even when unlocked (I wouldn't do any heavy running though), super smooth draw, and when locked the gun just will not come out. This is my first BSG product, but not my last.
