The BlackHawk Emergency Medic Roll has plenty of storage compartments for your first aid supplies in a convenient, roll-out design for quick access. The clear storage areas make it easy to readily identify the needed first aid supplies. It's a sturdy and well built product made with thick fabric and heavy stitching for rugged use. The storage compartments sizes vary for the supplies of different sizes and open in the middle of the roll. The only drawback to the compartments are that they can't be sealed except the large compartment at the end which has plenty of velcro. Elastic bands run down the middle of the unit but they aren't very snug to help secure a larger item protruding from a pocket. The end of the unit has both velcro and 2 backup clip straps to help secure it when rolled shut. The carrying handles seem a little more problematic since there's one at each end and they're offset a bit awkwardly unless, I suppose, you have just the right amount of supplies in the unit. If you have it in your pack, the carrying handles won't matter anyhow. All in all, it's a good, sturdy unit and as a former EMT, I like the quick viewing and accessibility to all your supplies and not having to fumble around with trays.

I used this roll for my third world travel meds. Everything is very easy to hand and the pouches are just the right size for bottles as well as medicine packs. It makes it much simpler in dealing with customs agents when they can see everything in the roll as opposed to having to dig through other types of bags. The best part of the pack, however, is that it takes up much less room in luggage than any other med kit I have used. It is long and thin and just tucks away until needed.

The BlackHawk Emergency Medic Roll is a great product for keeping all of your emergency medical supplies in a neat compact bag that is easy to use and with the pockets all of your items are ready access. I would like to see two additional pockets that are larger for larger items and also some velcro for attaching patches.

I use this for my personal medicine kit when traveling to underdeveloped countries where indigenous supplies are unavailable or substandard. Medical personal can see what is there and use it to treat me- and customs officers can see that it is a me kit and not a pile of prescriptions for resale.

It rolls out quick and is easy to locate items rapidly in order to save a life. We have airways, masks, tourniquets, pressure bandages, scissors, Celox, and many other items available in our bags.

I use the BlackHawk Medic Roll as a auto accident trauma and general first aid kit. Once opened the medic roll allows quick access to needed first aid items. For me weather resistance and being waterproof is not an issue since I keep the medic roll in a waterproof plastic box with a O-ring seal. Other users use small plastic bags and vials for their cotton gauze pads and other first aid items that may be damaged by water or seal this compact medic roll in a plastic bag. I am basing a new first aid kit for industrial trauma on the BlackHawk Medic Roll for my clients.

This Bag really makes it easy to administer first aid whether it be a cut, scrape, headache, or serious wound, you can store all the needed supplies to handle the need quickly.
