Comfortable, solid built, fits my Glock 30s perfect! I like the level 2 security. Smooth edges does not pinch or bind. Holds weapon well and solid. May get another with weapons light allowance. Doesn't interfere while driving, running, jumping. All around great little holster.
Pros:
- Price
- Style
- Tight fitting

Not much I can add to what has already been said about Blackhawk! products. They are the best for a reason. Quality is excellent. Holster perfectly fits my Glock. Love the Level 2 "lock" and is easy to draw from. Secure holster. Have been wanting to try these holsters for a long time and finally got around to purchasing a few for my different pistols. Best holsters I've tried. The sale helped me make my decision but the quality will keep me coming back. Optics Planet had the best prices around and fast shipping was a bonus,
Pros:
- Great Fit
- Secure retention
- Secure Adjustments
- Tough Kydex

Nice product. Functions just as one would expect. Retention system is adjustable allowing the user to pick the preferred draw resistance. The system also comes with paddle and belt retention. I would definitely purchase again.

I recently purchased a Blackhawk SERPA, Level 2 retention, matte finish holster for my Glock 30 from Optics Planet. Since I've purchased many times in the past from Optics Planet under many differing categories I was expecting this item to be just as good as all the rest: It was just as good. The price was good, the shipping was good, the ease of purchase was good, etc. The only thing that was not good was this: I was not aware of there being differing levels of retention for users safety. After making the purchase I became aware (after attending a local seminar/discussion done by my local Sherriff's Dept.) that the most secure level of retention for a user when it comes to pistol holsters is, Level 3. This is the same level most if not all peace officers have on their duty holsters (probably even their own personal ones). Level 3 gives the user the MOST protection from the "bad guys" being able to physically wrestle the weapon away from its owner. Well, since I am not a peace officer and only a US citizen very interested in his own personal safety and possessing a Texas Concealed Handgun License, I wanted an open carry holster for my Glock 30. Now I only wish I had known about level 3 Blackhawk SERPA holsters before I ordered my Level 2!

I have tried several holsters for my Glock 30sf. The Blackhawk SERPA Level 2 is by far the best. It is the most secure and easiest to use. Easily concealed and comfortable. Would recommend it to other gun owners.

Very nice, almost everything I would expect from a SERPA. I say almost, because I've noticed with their subcompact models they haven't allowed me to draw if I pull on the gun first before pushing the release lever, so I have to make sure to push the button first. If they came out with a version that was compatible with their flashlight, especially if it was a level 3, it would basically be the Platonic form of the holster.

This holster will NOT drop your weapon, you will have to do that yourself. However, at least for my "short-wide" frame, this paddle holster simply rides too far out on my hip to be a concealment holster unless I'm gonna bus' out the oversized FUBU jacket. It would make a good winter rig as long as the coat stays on, or if you are a tall guy with wide shoulders and narrow hips and don't mind wearing loose shirts of moderately heavy cloth. This holster does not pull the grip of the pistol tight to your side, and the grip is what prints. For an OWB paddle for my Glock 30s I'm going to try a JS Holsters paddle next. It works great for my Kel-Tec PF9, I hope it does the same for the larger Glock.
Pros: Great Retention
Cons: Is that a Glock on your side or are you just happy to see me?
