Single stack mag pouch
does exactly what it's expected to. holdes loaded mags securely even upside down

If you are looking for a dual mag holder in leather, this is the one. Have one for single stack and love it so ordered a double stack. No wonder they can't keep them in stock. Mine was back ordered but received it within two weeks. You will not be disappointed.

Fine for training
When I received this product I thought it was very nice and the tension screw was useful. Very smooth to draw the magazines from and concealable. One day I wore it concealed for everyday activity and as I was climbing into my car the leather seat pulled on this mag pouch and unsnapped it! While no one was around, and the point of me wearing it was to test to see if it was EDC worthy, if this would have happened during an EP (Executive Protection) detail it would've been disastrous! That's why it gets 3 stars in my opinion. It will work for someone doing "range time" but I could never trust it for EDC and I refuse to wear different gear for training than what I use "on the job" or everyday life. It will be a nice gift for my father-in-law.

Blackhawk Leather Dual Mag Pouch
I have several of these and have been using them for the last year at the range. The leather is is top notch and hold up very well to competion shooting. They hold a 10 round 1911 Mag with out any problems, yet release easy enough for quick mag changes.

BLACKHAWK MAG POUCH
This mag pouch fit my 1911 magazine perfectly, with a double screw tension adjustment, so I can keep the magazines nice and snug. It also fit my GSG/Sig Sauer 1911 22lr magazines. the fit is not as snug but works fine at the range. The snaps at the top make it easy to install and remove with out removing your gun belt, GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT PRICE!!!!

get the set!
I teamed the mag pouch with both the Askins holster and the Yaqui slide. The mag pouch can be used for either horizontal or vertical carry, and is made from the fine Italian saddle leather that the holsters are. Couple that with the speed of Optics Planet order processing and it's a no-brainer. BUY IT!!!
