My favorite Med Kit!
I've tried other med kits in the past, and didn't like most of them because they wouldn't tear off or rip away from where you have them mounted, and one of the lower cost rip away kits I tried was just terrible quality out of the bag with poor stitching and uneven molle. I already had the BFG micro trauma kit, which I love, but wanted something that would hold more supplies, and this solves that need. It takes up more room on my belt than other kits I've tried, but I get more items in this kit.

Good but a little pricey
It's good option for a Ifak conaidering Blue Force Gear is proven to be a great company that makes durable products but the price seems like a little bit of a rip off. It could use just a little bit more space inside as well.

One of the best for an IFAK
A great option for an IFAK pouch. It'll hold all the necessary items you would need and has the ability to mount the Blue Force Gear Tourniquet Now Strap on top. The top flap uses velcro to close it and is rather strong so no worry of it coming open. Molle straps on the back fit tightly to any plate carrier.

Great Ifak pouch
BFG charges a premium for their products, but you get quality you can rely on. Buy once, cry once. Pouch is made of quality material, stitching is sturdy, holds everything you’d need for combat style Ifak, easy to open up and retrieve. Slim package and holds close to the vest, causing less things to catch on it (sling, doorways, etc).
