Disappointed
Finally saw the QRF12 back in stock and jumped on it, what i received did not have any QD mounts as advertised and the barrel nut is made out of cheap aluminum, otherwise its perfect.
Above the rest
The BCM free float hand guards will survive anything you throw at it and then some, definitely above the standards for military grade

Great quad rail, lightweight
This BCM quad rail comes with great instructions for installation. And it is a tight fit to install on the included barrel nut, be sure to have appropriate installation tools. Feels lighter weight than other quad rails while being extremely well built as I would expect from BCM

Great quad rail! Works will non-mil-spec billet uppers!
BCM quality is apparent! Great instructions, including notice to have a gunsmith install, which would have saved me a few hours because of how tight the barrel nut & handguard connect. And this is for good reason, once installed this quad rail is fantastically solid! Installed on Wilson billet upper and the BCM rail doesn't have tabs that only work with mil-spec uppers.

This rail has the perfect grip and weight to it. By far one of the best I’ve owed. If you want the best this is the rail you want.

The one i got must be different…
VERY VERY Tight fit on the barrel nut. Fabrication had to be done to make it fit. THEN I noticed the QD holes were never drilled in the one that was sent to me. Noticed it after fabricating so I can’t swap it. Is it an early model? One of the first ones ever made? Who knows but I’m stuck with it. Still a good handguard. Fits great on a 10.5” barrel but would be PERFECT for a 10.3. May even swap to a 10.3 just to get that peffect fit.

BCM comes through again
I love this quad rail. While M-lok has almost taken over the modern AR scene, there’s just something awesome about a quad rail. BCM is known for their great products, and this is not exception. As with all quad-rails, the picatinny rail is not the most comfortable to grip, however throw a rubber ladder type rail cover on there and it nullifies this issue. Other than that, I love this quad rail as I love all BCM products. Buy with confidence.

BCM quad rail.
This is my first BCM handguard. Quality is superb. The rail is very solid including the lock up mechanism with the barrel nut. Have more slim M lock rail’s on my other rifles but wanted to give this item a try for a little something different and the look. As with most of these types of rails the edges can be rough on an ungloved hand, so I installed the ergo rail covers ( which are also a great product). Install of rail is quite easy once you warm up the end with a heat gun.

BCM QRF hand guard
It is a slim and lightweight quad rail. Has been mounted on a 20in A2 style rifle and it fits perfectly for anyone wanting to keep the A2 sight post on the rifle, though technical skill or a gun smith is needed for installation.
