hard bases to get
The other reviewer must of ordered the wrong bases. The way optics planet has there product view set up is tricky. You need to click each item specifically to change it to the item you want specifically. It is easy to get mixed up when ordering unfortunately. But either way I ordered the browning AB3 specific two piece weaver style bases for my browning AB3 30-06. I got them the other day and checked the screw size right away, and they fit, yesssss finally. I know browning wanted to go with the bigger 8-40 size screw for better scope mounting but my god has it been a nightmare trying to find t...

AB3 scope mounts
Optics had what I wanted at a good price shipped promptly. What more can you ask. The only thing Optics didn't do for me is mount them on my Browning. I will definitely be using Optics Planet.com again for my optics needs.

Browning Low Profile Bases For A-Bolt - Weaver Style
Exactly what I needed! Very low profile bases to keep scope rings at the perfect height. Tried several other more expensive bases, but never could get the perfect fit. Save your money and order the Browning bases first.

Nice bases
Perfect fit. Nice finish. Quality bases. Not a whole lot else to say. Does what it's intended to do. Price is right along with any other brand. Finding bases for an AB3 can be difficult. If I could have found a 1 piece base I probably would have chosen that instead.

Good base at a good price!
I hate to say it but I bought another base from somewhere else and some of the screws didn't have a head. I'm glad I found your site! The base fits great and all the screws had heads and cost less too.

Hard to find scope mount bases
OpticsPlanet was the only place I could find Browning A-Bolt III mounts. I tried to other national known suppliers who said they had them, but when I placed the order they were out. OP had the the mounts, at a fair price, and shipped them immediately. I will definitely shop OP again.

photo misleading
please understand the item is base only. photo shows a one piece base and rings. IT IS BASE ONLY. The bases fit perfectly, and I would recommend to anyone. If you can wait, I would wait until Talley has the ring/base for an AB3 rifle.
