This coat would have gotten more stars with just a few modifications, as a real upland field coat it fails. Great price for a classic coat

Most hunters have sent this coat or owned one like it. It has a light felt or some other soft material lining the canvas and should be warm enough for the coldest days in the field.

Coat is warm and comfortable. The game bag is easy to clean and no matter how many briars i bust through, the coat doesn't "pick."

terrible product

If you have anything resembling an athletic build yo will hate this jacket. I wear XL's in every outer wear product and can occasionally get by with a large in a loose fit parka shell. When you put this on it's OK, but you can pretty much forget trying to raise your arms in a gunning position. I'm confident this thing grossly interferes with natural shotgun mounting. As far as I can tell, it's only use would be to look nice in an after hunt brag photo. but if you wear it during a hunt, there probably won't be as many birds in the pic.
