I would gladly have paid a couple of dollars more for denser, foam cubes (which can be arranged in any configuration, as are found in better camera cases). This blank foam is difficult to cut cleanly, and does not support the weight of the gun and barrels when the case is stood on end.

Bulldog case
I was looking for a take-down case for my shotgun that didn't rock my wallet. The Bulldog case was the only one I found that fit my requirements. Using the blank foam option allowed me customize the fit.

Great Shipping Case for Panoramic Photographs
I needed to ship some 12-inch by 36-inch panoramic photographs, and wanted the shipping case to also work as a portfolio for a presentation. Good enough for transport
I bought this for my ar-15 carbine w/scope. There is plenty of room for the gun and accessories. The foam is a little too thick for the rifle, especially if you cut all the way through. Very discreet, looks like a guitar case. One pocket on the side for storage. Good enough for transport until I can afford better.

Bulldog Case
Blank foam was harder to cut than i expected. Best method ended up being a hot wire cutter. End result is very professional looking.
Pros: High Quality!! Zippers work great. Foam is very nice. Bottom of case under foam block is extra padded. Fur lining on lid is very nice!
