Review and reply to the 2 bad reviews currently left here. - Burris BTS 35 2.3 - 9.2x35mm Thermal Rifle Scope

I bought the BTS 50 a while back. I think this is a decent thermal. As long as you spend a little time getting familiar with all the features, i think it will serve you well. Just know what it is and what it isn't.
Also, Burris is dipping their toe in the water with these. These are their first thermal scope offerings. I've had good experience with their customer service before so i stuck with them. I think it's somewhat understandable that they may take a wee bit longer than their estimated return time but yeah, if you bought TWO and have a problem with one, i think they need to hurry up with their decision making and hook you up with another working unit. As for the guy who said it wouldn't come into focus. I hope he realizes that you have to adjust the objective lens not go into settings to get a clear picture. You have to adjust the objective lens based on how far away your target is. He may have known that and done that but from the review he left, it sounds like he didn't realize that.
