Stop-gap magnifier mount...
Mount seems solid, but the quick detach mechanism leaves a bit to be desired. It seems to keep the magnifier on the rail tight, but the lever itself is somewhat loose. Also, there is no spring action, so you have to push the magnifier into position. I use LaRue mounts for everythign else, so I'll probably replace this at somepoint with the larue model.
Pros: Mounts solidly to rail system
Cons: QD latch is cheap
As good as the top manufacturers, just less money.
You can not go wrong with this flip to side and the Burris tripler magnifier. After using many of the top of the line products Burris comes in right behind them well enough I can not tell ANY difference between a Eotech and the Burris. And all Burris products have a life time 100% warranty with no questions asked...much much better than ANY OTHER manufacturers reguardless of price.

Burris quality
This item is the same as all others that is manufactured by Burris, high quality. The company continues to exceed the expectations of the consumer. This flip sight Mount is very useful and it benefits many situations. Keep up the good work Burris!

Flip mount operation
Very secure operation. The release button is very strong and will hold up. My buddy is a left handed shooter and we installed it backwards so that it would flip out of his line of sight. It works for him even though the button is on the other side of intended operation.

Great for magnifier
Seems very sturdy and the pivot operation is very smooth. I am using it with a romeo5 red dot on a Daniel Defense mount. The centerline height is not identical but it’s close enough to center the red dot in the magnifier.

Solid product for the price
Burris pivot ring is solid product for the price. Used it for my aimpoint 3x. We run our rifles hard and haven't had a problem with maintaining zero. Little play due to the hinge but nothing crazy. Depend on the height of your optic you may have issue obtaining a "true" co witness. There is no adjusting the height of the magnifier.

Mount for Burris AR Tripler
The mount is well made with a high degree of fit and finish. The pivot point is sturdy, secure and does not wobble. It tilts to the right which keeps the magnifier out of the sight picture when not in use. The quick detach rail mount is secure. I woiuld recommend this as a can't go wrong purchase.

The installation on the top rail of my Daniel Defense AR-15 was very easy with the only tool being needed was a screw driver. This product functions as advertised and extremely well with my Aimpoint Carbine red dot optic.
I like the ability to be able now to quickly flip up a 3x magnifier for longer shots at the range.
I read quite a few reviews about this product as well as some others and I am glad that I decided to purchase the Burris product.

BURRIS TACTICAL PIVOT RING
WORKS EXACTLY AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO. GREAT PRODUCT, AND BUILT STURDY ENOUGH TO DO THE JOB. HOWSUMEVER THEY WANTED ME TO WRITE AT LEAST 200 CHARACTERS IN ORDER TO BE USEFUL. WELL I'LL BE.. I'D AFIGURED IF SOMETHING WORKED, AND WORKED LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO THAT THAT WOULD BE ENOUGH SAID. I RECKON AS NOT THESE GOOD FOLKS THOUGHT Y'ALL NEEDED SOME READING MATERIAL.. solid, favorable flip mount
Pretty solid flip mount, does the job, reversible, positive engagement. overall pretty happy with the purchase, though it is a bit on the heavy side and appears Burris has broken with domestic manufacturing by importing this part from China.

Burris tripler swing mount
After buying two others, I finally found the best made in this Burris swing mount. Solid with tight tollerances for best alignnment.
Paid almost as much for the junky ones.
