Most Helpful Positive Review Burris XTR II 4x20
Just mounted this on my Ruger Precision .308 & headed to the range to sight in. Only took about 10 shots to get it adjusted. Went to the 600 yd range the next day & dialed in elevation adjustment. Was hitting the 10 ring from the very first shot. Glass is clear & bright. The reticle is great, like it much better than many of the other more cluttered designs. Would highly recommend.

Great FFP Scope

by Brad, from CO, United States Written on April 2, 2024
I've had this scope now for close to 6 months and it is mounted on a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle shooting targets at 100 to 600 yards. Clarity is very good as is focus and parallax adjustments. Windage and elevation adjustments are precise, and easily made by counting clicks or viewing the knob graduations. Best of all the adjustments are repeatable, so if you dial out for shots past your zero distance returning back to your zero is accurate and spot on. The Zero Stop works. I'm quite pleased with this scope and consider it a bargain and there is little different between the Burris XTR II and another leading brand I own that costs almost twice as much.

Burris XTR

by Cody P., Verified Owner from MT, United States Written on March 31, 2024
These are extremely good for the money. Although the newer generations have some upgrades and advantages, this scope is vary workable. The tracking is top-notch and repeatable time after time. There is a very slight fishbowling around the edges, but not usually that noticeable. Otherwise the scope is clear and gathers light well. I highly recommend this scope for precision on a budget!

Great scope for the price!

by RB, Verified Owner from GA, United States Written on August 2, 2018
Shopped for the right optics for a while and ended up giving this one the thumbs up because of diameter of the body and research reviews on it. Price wasn't so much a part of it, but to get a great optics package for under $1,500 made me happy. Mounted it to finish a AR10 build. Clarity is amazing, range work is easy to zero in, no "floating" at all to bring it to zero. Was concerned about the reticle intel "clutter" but it is outstanding and doesn't cause any "peripheral eye gazing". Considering replacing my Leupold 3.5x10x50 on my .300Win Mag with this one too for heavy game hunting needing distance optics. Haven't tried in low light environment yet but I am thinking it will be fine. Great buy in my opinion.
