I screwed up and took it to a range. Then read the manual, you need to sight in at 100 yds to get a good zero. You can sight in at a lesser yards but your not using the scope to its full potential. I’ve got mine mounted on an AR with a 1inch offset and it is deadly accurate. For the money can’t go wrong

I really like the bushnell banner scope I purchased in 2013 . I have it mounted on my weatherby rifle . chambered in 7mm rem mag . it was easy to get on paper and it holds up under the recoil of that caliber . going to mount my new one on a savage axis . chambered in 6.5 creedmore .cant see having any problems with it . I bought the bushnell banner scopes because I likeall the features built into them . and haven't been disappointed so far . they are quality scopes for the price . and I would recommend them to anyone
Pros:
- Quality scope. Clear Glass. Easy to use.

I had purchased another scope for a varmint rifle and had trouble with clarity past 12X, but not with this scope. The Bushnell Banner has very good clarity all the way to 24X. Bushnell has a great product and I would recommend it to anyone. It is mounted on a Savage Model 12FV in .308 and I could not be happier.
Pros:
- clairity and zoom ability
Best Used for:
- varmint and long distance target shooting

Don't waste your money.I have had 2 of these so far and both of them run out of elevation adjustment.
I mounted them on DNZ mounts which are perfect and had other scopes on them previously with no problem.
Neither one of these scopes will zero on a bore sight or on target.
I have mounted dozens of scopes.I would stay away from these.

Use 6 power up to 50 yards 20 power at 200+ yards (longest shot 234 yards).easy to focus, clarity is good. Paralax adjustment was a little stiff at first but became easier with use.this is the second Bushnell banner I own. Good quality for the money

Bought this scope to shoot at 100 to 400 yards. Right out of the box could not get the scope to zero in after 5 shots with my 223 H&R. Very disappointed and am returning it for a refund. Will buy a Vortex.

Wrote a really nice, long review of this scope and it's features but for some reason it wouldn't accept it because I supposedly used special characters. Whatever they are. So, no review for you. You'll have to buy it and see for yourself.

I have one of these Bushnell scopes on another rifle that I use for varmint hunting and it works fine. It's not as clear as an $800 scope but I can see prairie dogs out five hundred yards and with the Mil Dot and 6-24x40 it brings 'em right up. I use .223 and doesn't have much recoil so it's easy on the scope. When my Daughter started to shoot she needed a scope for her rifle and I saw these Bushnell Mil Dot 6-24X40 on sale and I knew how they worked so I bought one for her.

It's good enough to write a review. Got this optic at a rock bottom price and put on a home accurized Marlin xt22.now this combo is shooting minute of nose hair at 100 yards. Darkens a tad at 24 power but other than that it's great. Shooting costs ammo but sub 1/4 moa through clear glass is priceless. Will be buying a variant for my windam ar soon

I purchased this scope and had it mounted on a Remington 25 rifle from 1937, caliber 25-20 for squirrel hunts. A rail had to be added to the receiver. I have fired 125 rounds of handloads with lead bullets at 1300 to 1500 fps velocities. This is a low punishment round, but more than 22RF. The scope has performed very well. I am particularly pleased with the very positive click adjustments, you can walk the rounds in very accurately with an accurate gun and round. The glass is clear, paralax adjusts well. I think the scope would perform will on 22 Hornet, 218 Bee, and other mild rounds. I would not mount it on a 270 or 30-06 and expect it to hold up. I have no proof of that, but some reviews suggest the same. Overall, I rate it 5 stars as for the money, it is so far, a fine scope. I have several other lower priced Bushnell scopes applied with similar thinking and they all are performing well.
Pros:
- High magnification
- solid adjustments
- Exc performance
- Afordable
