Most Helpful Negative Review Basic Digital Camera Binocs
As long as you know what you are getting into, this is a good unit. It delivers C-quality photos compared to the standard of today's digital photography. The interface is basic. My father, who is not tech savvy AT ALL, was able to grasp the functionality of this unit. As long as you are not expecting a pro caliber unit and just use if for fun shots, this is a good unit for gift or recreation. Pros: Great Quality Optics on the Binocs Cons: Low Megapixel resolution

Not what I was expecting

The unit itself is nice, small, clear and very easy to use although the battery cover on mine does no stay on. However, getting those pictures uploaded on your computer that is a challenge. Maybe it is my computer, but I could not get the software to work and the instructions are awful. There is simply no help anywhere for this item and I did not eel like calling India for instructions. I like the ease of use but the unit is useless to me except for the binoculars. I would go and spend more money on another unit instead of this one. The extra money will probably be well spent. I will probably buy another pair from Opticsplanet, but at a higher price point with, hopefully, better results.
Pros: easy to use (the unit itself), decent binoculars
Cons: software is terrible, instructions are awful.

problem

Your rep suggested calling Bushnell tech support but their line is so busy that I cannot get through to rep.
Windows found driver software but ecountered error while attempting to install. System cannot find the file specified.
Cons: compter cannot open camera
