Most Helpful Positive Review Great Binoculars
Great binoculars for the price. Very clear and sharp image. Perfect size to keep in your hunting jacket or the glove box of your truck. The 8x32 model does not come with the flip covers as the description says but they do come with a carrying case and soft bag that keeps them clean and protected....

Most Helpful Negative Review Bushnell will not honor warranty
I have had these binoculars for 2 years now and bought them for their lifetime warranty. Like most other reviews have noted, the lens caps break and come off easy. The right eye piece is constructed poorly with very thin plastic at the base. My right eye piece began to loose focus over time and o...

Good for the Price

by AZSporter, from AZ, United States Written on August 24, 2016
Upon first viewing, these nice little binos produce bright, sharp, well aligned images, and the lightweight design allows the user extended viewing with minimal fatigue. However, the 60 degree wide field is only clear to about 55 degrees, with a fair amount of spherical aberration at the edge. Also, when viewing objects with straight vertical lines (buildings, poles, ect.) a significant amount of "barrel distortion" becomes evident. This results in straight lines, although well focused, becoming increasingly curved when viewed toward the outer FOV.
Additionally, I'm somewhat dubious concerning the reports of a weakness in the right ocular mounting that can separate over time rendering the device irreparable. I guess I'll just have to handle with care while the eye-cups are extended. Overall, with the reassurance of Bushnell's improved warranty policy, and considering these little binos' competitive price/ performance ratio, I'd say they're keepers!

Bushnell 8x32 Trophy

by Bowandarrow, from FL, United States Written on April 12, 2016
I did not expect much from these cheap binoculars. The glass is unexpectedly clear, sharp and bright. The size is just right for turkey hunting or keeping in my truck or even bug out bag. But I did take off 2 stars. First because they are very sloooowww to focus.I think it takes 3 complete 360 degree turns to focus them- coupled with a shallow depth of field. So I am always fiddling with with the focus; first trying to bring a bush into focus, then fiddling again to see whats beyond it. 2nd star off is that they were advertised to come with lens caps but did not. That makes them "not as advertised". Still they were cheap clear sharp and bright
Pros:
  • Cheap
  • bright image
  • sharp, clear vision
  • sized & weighted to allow for every day use
Cons:
  • shallow dept of view
  • slow to focus
  • did not come with lense cap
Best Used for:
  • hunting
  • Truck/car bag
  • gift

Didn't want to buy them BUT

by Klondike, from GA, United States Written on January 6, 2016
I compared to Nikon and Leupold compacts and could simply not justify paying 3 to 4 times more for them.

Good value

Will be interesting to see how durable but the clarity and light gathering for a compact is very good.
Pros:
  • Ergonomics
  • Clarity/brightness is outstanding
  • Ease of focus
Cons:
  • No eye covers
Best Used for:
  • 8 x hunting applications
