I highly recommend this product. I added a mini DVR recorder to it'sw video output and that works well.
Pros: Clear viewing in total darkness, within 1000 ft. Easy to handle and operate, well made.

You must read the instructions well. Set the rear eye piece first, then the front lens. I added a Pulsar 920nm flashlight that mounted on top to aid in dark outdoor environments. The internal light only works inside a warehouse or roughly 30 ft away.
