Rob's Review of Bushnell Legend T-Series 15-45x60mm Spotting Scope
I expected more from this scope. The glass is ok but not great. The adjustments are spongy and are had to set into the right place. Overall it is usable but there is much better out there for the price.
It is not good at focusing in using higher magnification. It is better as a low magnification spotter on 15 power. Focus become spotty past 20x and is hard to dial in. Reticle is ok but it is hard to tell the difference from full number hash marks and the .5. The hashmarks have no numbers so you have to count down the marks. This only matters when time is important because it will slow you down. I might just be spoiled by the better style reticles out there these days. The old style mil hash marks don't good anymore based on the better styles out there.
The cover that it comes with is garbage and had to be replaced with an after market case. It peeled open like a zippered banana and was always in the way.
After having it for about about two years the focus controls stopped working and it would no longer focus. Bushnell is connected to many other brands and I am not sure who owns who. The customer service was disorganized and ineffective. They don't do repairs anymore so they just sent out new ones for the warranty. It has been 3 months and I still don't have it back.
