THE BUSHNELL SCOUT DX100... is GREAT! GREAT BUY for the money... IF!! IF "WHAT", U say?

For LESS THAN $20 MORE - BUY THE *RIGHT* ONE!! BUY THE Bushnell 6x21 G-Force DX 1300 INSTEAD!
WHY? IT HAS TECHNOLOGY CALLED "VSI" ... which the SCOUT "doesnt" (does *NOT*) Have. For a measly $20, GET IT!!

Why is this significant? The SCOUT -without VSI- has "FIXED ZERO" Technology for "compensating" @ 100yds. ONLY!!! If u dont zero ur Rifle @ 100yds - ur SCREWED! The SCOUT's ARC Drop Technology (drop at various distances)... ARC: Angle Range compensation (Hold over based on Angle)... etc., etc.. ALL USELESS! MITE AS WELL BUY ONE *WITHOUT* ALL THIS TECHNOLOGY - SAVE SOME $$$! OR! Just pay $20 MORE and get true "FLexibility"... with VSI!

I ZERO MY AR @ 200yds. (I use 45yd "zero" at the INDOOR Range, which coincides perfectly at 200yds! 55gr. 64gr.... *DONT MATTER* - per Hornady, VORTEX ...Software & SUPPORT CALLS to them. Zero ur AR for 45yds and pretty much shoot FLAT, plus-r-minus 1.25" - YES - NOT A MISPRINT... 1.25" ...all the way out to 200yds!! 300: only 2.75" drop! YOW! As VORTEX said "Pretty much hold the recticle on TARGET - and PULL! ... ALL DAY LONG!" They also said, "If LESS THAN 10-15degrees ARC - again (if zero'd @ 200, now) - dont need to WORRY about ARC "HOLDOVER/UNDER" @ stuff... ur still shooting pretty much 'FLAT' - just aim, shoot. plus/minus 1" difference -thats 1 inch difference... MAYBE.)

ANYWAY: THE Bushnell 6x21 G-Force DX 1300 *ALLOWS* U TO ZERO AT OTHER DISTANCES - and ADJUSTS its internal tables to match 'UR' ZERO! WANT TO ZERO @ MILITARY 300yd?? The Bushnell 6x21 G-Force DX 1300 can "adjust" to match! Again: the SCOUT CANNOT!!

$20 more, I screwed myself! BOUGHT THE WRONG ONE. DONT *U* DO THE SAME!!

AS FAR AS QUALITY? ...BUSHNELL? NO MATCH FOR THE $$$. Clear. Tough! Hv dropped it many times... from a TREE once- INTO A RIVER BANK! HAH!! didnt FAZE IT. SOLD my OLD BUSHNELL OFF -STILL WORKING FINE.

BUT "DETAILS" MATTER!! LEARN, DONT BURN!
