Bought this because I couldnt find an exact size Laser-aligner for 44COLT or 22LR.
Well... no complaints! It WORKS! MAKES THE JOB OF ALIGNMENT WAAAAY EZ-r THAN SITTING AT THE RANGE, SHOT AFTER SHOT...!
GET THOSE LASERS ALIGNED, FRIENDS!

THE BUSHNELL SCOUT DX100... is GREAT! GREAT BUY for the money... IF!! IF "WHAT", U say?
For LESS THAN $20 MORE - BUY THE *RIGHT* ONE!! BUY THE Bushnell 6x21 G-Force DX 1300 INSTEAD!
WHY? IT HAS TECHNOLOGY CALLED "VSI" ... which the SCOUT "doesnt" (does *NOT*) Have. For a measly $20, GET IT!!
Why is this significant? The SCOUT -without VSI- has "FIXED ZERO" Technology for "compensating" @ 100yds. ONLY!!! If u dont zero ur Rifle @ 100yds - ur SCREWED! The SCOUT's ARC Drop Technology (drop at various distances)... ARC: Angle Range compensation (Hold over based on Angle)... etc., etc.. ALL USELESS! MITE AS WELL BUY ONE *WITHOUT* ALL THIS TECHNOLOGY - SAVE SOME $$$! OR! Just pay $20 MORE and get true "FLexibility"... with VSI!
I ZERO MY AR @ 200yds. (I use 45yd "zero" at the INDOOR Range, which coincides perfectly at 200yds! 55gr. 64gr.... *DONT MATTER* - per Hornady, VORTEX ...Software & SUPPORT CALLS to them. Zero ur AR for 45yds and pretty much shoot FLAT, plus-r-minus 1.25" - YES - NOT A MISPRINT... 1.25" ...all the way out to 200yds!! 300: only 2.75" drop! YOW! As VORTEX said "Pretty much hold the recticle on TARGET - and PULL! ... ALL DAY LONG!" They also said, "If LESS THAN 10-15degrees ARC - again (if zero'd @ 200, now) - dont need to WORRY about ARC "HOLDOVER/UNDER" @ stuff... ur still shooting pretty much 'FLAT' - just aim, shoot. plus/minus 1" difference -thats 1 inch difference... MAYBE.)

Sightmark Ultra Shot Reflex Sight
WHILE...
the Sightmmark series of ULTRA SHOT sights are generally a good bargain... They're accurate. Hold zero, etc. - everything u want in a Red Dot... THEY DONT LAST!!
HAve owned 4(!), to date... last 1 didnt last a year b4 the knobs start flaking on u - Reticle goes off, back on, off again... mostly OFF now!!
SAT DOWN and realized... for just a little more - could hv one that ACTUALLY LASTS!! SO: Ive SWITCHED!!! Bushnell First Strike Illuminated Red Dot!! U pay a few $$$ more - but 2 I've PURCHASED SO FAR?? ...2 YRS & going now!! NO PROBS!! BOTH!. Tired of sending the Sightmarks back under Warranty - only to be tols some kind-a story every time about why they cant honor... BS!
SO: When U get tired of ur Sightmark not lasting barely a yr - TRUST ME - U'll be SWITCHING TO! AND NOT LOOKING BAK.
Nothing personal, Sightmark. Gotta look out for ME - not U! REVISE ur Product - Bring up the quality - and EARN the GOOD REVIEWS!
