Item was from a bad batch from Agency and was sold as Final sale so I couldn't return

Hey Optics planet is typically great I buy from them all the time. This was on close out and It hapend to come from a defective batch of AOS plates that would not snap in to place as It had defective tolerances. It was sold on final sale and was not returnable. I called Agency to see what was wrong with It and thgey identified the issue right away. I had to send to them at my cost and they will send me another. All of this will put my Pistol out of commission for a few weeks. Not so great.

Wow what else can I say. The clarity, noise reduction, fit/ comfort, and options between range and hunting put these head and shoulders above anything nice ever tried before walker , Peltor etc. the detail you can hear in hunting mode is astounding. Voice quality and shot reduction sound in combination just can’t be beat. Buy once cry once
