Timber Creek makes high quality parts. Fit and finish are great. Color matches most industry “red” products from other manufacturers as well. It’s that “metallic pinkish red” rather than fireman red. Looks good with my other color accents on my gun though. I have bought several parts from them and through Optics Planet and never been disappointed.

I think the best thing you can say about a red dot these days is it does what it is supposed to do. Good quality materials. Good hardware. Clear glass. Focused reticle. Got it at a great price.

Nice metal dust cover. Installed easily. Be sure to put it on before your barrel nut. Looks good. Had to put on and remove a few times to be able to adjust the adjustable latch screw. No reason it doesn’t hold as tight or loose as you want other than getting the screw dialed in. Spring seemed lighter spring rate than mil-spec. Works as it should though

Does what it is supposed to. Looks great. Use with a light spring for 300 blk if you have a short barrel specially if suppressed with a lot of backpressure

I have been playing with my AR components to get subsonic ammo to cycle correctly. I have an adjustable gas block and had my gun cycling fairly reliably except no lock back. I was still getting stove pipe jambs if the gun got dirty at all. With this spring and an H3 weight I was able to adjust the gas block and get great cycling reliability and full lock back.
